Mindbody's core business and software is a business management and payment processing software for small businesses in the wellness industry (yoga studios, salons, boutique gyms). The software keeps track of payroll, scheduling, attendance, member management, and much more. Mindbody is the #1 fitness app in the country as it allows any user to go on the app and signup for a work out at any of our 55,000 locations. 

 

My division of Mindbody, Connect Workplace, used a modified version of this software to help employee wellness programs increase/track engagement by simplifying how employees sign-up for onsite classes by using a custom-branded app with Mindbody's technology.

My job was to get ahold of the decision makers at the top corporations around the world who have great onsite fitness facilities and spark their interest in Mindbody's solutions. Once I had their interest, I would book a demo with them and one of our two Software Specialists.

I was very good at finding contact information using many of LinkedIn tricks, Google Chrome extension Rapportive, and a custom built excel sheet that you can take a peek at here. This allowed me to find any email that is linked to a person's LinkedIn account. 

​

In addition, I got great A/B testing with different email copy, headlines, and voice-mails. This allowed me to increase my seen rates and click-through rates to be the highest on my team at 35% and 12% respectively.
